Shipping Charges Shipping charges are per item and charges are displayed before order confirmation. All orders are sent by Royal Mail and most (if not all) items will be sent by recorded delivery.
When ordering your goods from the TTOC on-line shop, please be aware that the goods will be shipped recorded signed-for. This means that when it is delivered, you (or your representative) will need to be present to sign for the package. If the package is unable to be delivered because no-one is home, then the postman will leave you a card informing you of this. The Post Office will keep the package for 7 days and then return it to the TTOC. The TTOC will then require you to pay for the postage again, if we have to resend it. PLEASE ENSURE YOU ARE LIKELY TO BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE THE PACKAGE. If when you order the merchandise, you want to take the risk (at your expense) of not using recorded signed for, then please state as such in the order comment field at the time of order.
If you believe there is a risk of not being present at the time of delivery, you can always create a second delivery address (parents, friends, work, etc) and select the goods to be delivered there instead. The TTOC online shop will advise you every time the status of your order changes, however if you have any queries please contact store@ttoc.co.uk Order availability - regular merchandise As a not for profit club we hold a limited amount of stock. If a product is in stock it will normally be sent within 2 weeks of receiving your payment. For made to order items (typically sized clothing or keyrings, etc) please allow 6 weeks for your order to be manufactured and mailed to you. If you require a product urgently we may be able to fulfil your requirements for an additional charge (typically £5/£10) – please contact us on store@ttoc.co.uk and we will do everything we can to meet your requirements.
Order availability - Membership packs As the majority of the volunteer committee work away from home (sometimes for weeks at a time), please be patient with us. We tend to make fulfilling orders and membership packs a high priority when we return from long business trips, but the delay (theoretically) can be up to 6 weeks. If you have a problem or a question regarding your order, please email committee@ttoc.co.uk and we will try and respond as soon as we can. As we are a volunteer club, all we ask is that you please be patient. We will deliver your goods!!! Returns If you wish to return a product purchased from us (apart from sized clothing), you may do so within 7 working days of receiving the product by contacting us on store@ttoc.co.uk to obtain a Return Authorisation Number. We will then provide you with return address details. Product must then be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with its original packaging and we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item. If you believe your goods have been delivered faulty or damaged, or a fault appears in the first 30 days after delivery please contact store@ttoc.co.uk for assistance. If the item needs to be replaced a returns number must be obtained. Product must then be returned to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, with its original packaging and we will replace or refund the item as agreed. In all circumstances the return shipping costs and the goods are your responsibility until the return is received by the TTOC. |
